About Us

 

We are a writing group for women of all disciplines and styles, who are committed to developing our work through mutual support and constructive criticism.  The atmosphere is sociable and relaxed, but at the same time focused and ambitious.  New members are welcome, but a commitment to turn up regularly to meetings, to submit your writing by email and download, read and review the work of other members is expected. 

 

Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at the Sunlight Centre in Gillingham, Kent. As well as reviewing work in progress we take it in turns to organise a short writing exercise each evening and exchange information about competitions and opportunities for publication. 

 

At the moment we are operating as an informal voluntary group withough a constitution and there is no subscription but this may change.
